Kuiwen Pagoda Courtyard Browsing Area Introduction: Kuiwen Pagoda, formerly known as "Jianlong Pagoda" and commonly known as "Longtan Pagoda", is a seven-story ancient pagoda that was first built during the Wanli period of Ming Shenzong (1573-1620). Under the tower is a large deep pool formed by the confluence of Xinjiang River and Fengxi River, which was called "Longtan" in ancient times. According to historical records, during the Ming Dynasty, the Xinjiang River often flooded, making people's lives miserable. In order to suppress the flood dragons, the people built the Dragon Seeing Tower. The rear tower collapsed, leaving only the second level. In the 19th year of the Jiaqing reign of the Qing Dynasty (1814), the county governor Wang Gengyan, together with the general judge Wang Zhengxiu and the Shangrao magistrate Lai Xun, rebuilt five levels on top of the remaining two floors of the original pagoda. The top floor enshrined the statue of Emperor Zitong, and the name was changed to " Queventa".
