The Zhongshan Kingdom was a vassal state established by the Xianyu tribe of the Beidi tribe. It was founded in the Spring and Autumn Period and flourished in the middle of the Warring States Period. It was later destroyed by the Zhao and Yan states. The Zhongshan Kingdom during the Warring States Period was one of the five "Thousand-Cheng Kingdoms" at that time. The exhibition content is divided into seven units: history, territory, capital, palace, hunting, battles and royal tombs. Through more than 230 cultural relics, hundreds of photos, documents, murals and some restored scenes, it vividly shows the tortuous history of Zhongshan Kingdom in the Warring States Period. , exquisite cultural relics, luxurious palaces, brave and fighting nomadic characteristics and the huge king's mausoleum gave the audience a strong shock. The display layout is sparse and generous, and the color is elegant and solemn. In 1997, it won the title of “Top Ten National Cultural Relics Exhibitions and Exhibitions” in the first national cultural relics systematic display and exhibition selection event organized by the State Administration of Cultural Heritage.
