Introduction to the ruins of the ancient pontoon bridge: The Sunjiang Bridge, commonly known as the pontoon bridge, began in the first year of Huangyou (1049) in the Northern Song Dynasty and was changed to a beam-stone bridge in the Southern Song Dynasty. Since the 1950s, it has been converted into reinforced concrete bridges several times. It was destroyed by floods twice in 2000 and 2002.
