Introduction to Shuangta Mountain: Located 30 miles southwest of Chengde City, there are two huge rock pillars lined up in the north and south, standing side by side, resembling pagodas. There is a brick tower on each peak, hence the name Shuangta Mountain. The heights of the two peaks are roughly the same; the north peak is thicker, more than 40 meters high and 74 meters in circumference. The south peak is thick at the top and thin at the bottom, with a circumference of 34 meters. The brick tower on the top of the north peak is about 2 meters high, conical in shape and without doors. The brick tower on the top of the South Peak faces south, more than 5 meters high, square, with a side length of more than 2 meters. The door is about 1.5 meters high and 1.3 meters wide. There are wooden posts at the four corners, iron rods protruding from it, and copper bells hung on it.
