Introduction to Chunyang Hall: Chunyang Hall, formerly known as Lu Xianxing Cave, is located under Chicheng Peak and was built during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty. The existing hall was rebuilt during the Qianlong and Jiaqing years of the Qing Dynasty. The temple is not large in scale, but its architectural layout and shape are full of charm. The temple is arranged on a high-differentiation platform along the topography. The temple gate, main hall, and Buddhist scripture building are each dropped three times by stone steps. Small stilted buildings are installed on both sides. The mountain terrace of the building and the cantilevered tower on the upper part of the mountain gate form a similar archway, which not only strengthens the steps of the mountain gate. It is impressive and highlights the temple entrance. Taking advantage of the height difference between the main hall and the Sutra Collection Building, a steep stone staircase was set up to lead into the Sutra Collection Building. The steps were equipped with corridors of appropriate scales, so that up, down, left, and right constitute different spatial changes indoors and outdoors, thus satisfying the use functions and also It gives the mountain forest temple scenery a special charm. The Medicine Buddha, Sunlight Bodhisattva and Moonlight Bodhisattva enshrined in this hall are all made of copper and decorated with gold, and are cultural relics of the Qing Dynasty. In the grass behind the temple, there are still two stone tablets with clearly legible words, reflecting the history of Mount Emei where Buddhism and Taoism originally coexisted, and then Buddhism flourished and Taoist priests disappeared.
