Introduction to Xianfeng Temple: Xianfeng Temple is a typical representative of the development and changes of Taoism and Buddhism in Mount Emei. It was known as Yanci Temple and Cifo Temple in ancient times, and is also known as Xianfeng Temple. It was expanded in the 40th year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1612 AD). It was destroyed by fire in the late Ming Dynasty. It was rebuilt during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty.
There are Maitreya Hall, Main Hall, Relic Hall, Dining Show Mountain House, etc. in Xianfeng Temple. The roofs of the temple are all covered with tin tiles and aluminum skins, set off among the lush green vines and ancient trees, with the "blue sea" "Guiyu" reputation. There is a "Xianhuang Terrace" stone on the Tianhuang Terrace outside Xianfeng Temple. It is said that Emperor Xuanyuan once came to Mount Emei to visit Taoism and met the Tiantian Emperor here.
