Introduction to Jiang'an Campus: Sichuan University Jiang'an Campus is located in the Shuangliu Airport Economic Development Zone between Wenxing Town and Baijia Town, Chengdu City. It is about 12.5 kilometers from the east gate to Wangjiang Campus and is far from Shuangliu International Airport. 3 kilometers and 5 kilometers in Shuangliu City.
The Jiang'an campus covers a total area of 3,000 acres, and there are more than 240 acres of teachers' residential area. It is a new university campus with ecological environment, landscape gardening and campus informatization. The overall design of the campus concentrates teaching, experimental, library, and management buildings within a ring road with a total length of 2.2 kilometers and a width of 24 meters. There are student living areas on the east and west sides of the teaching area, and the faculty living area is located along the south side of Chuanda Road. The river is located just across the road from the campus. The greening area of the campus accounts for 52% of the total area of the campus, and the water area is more than 450 acres. The Jiang'an River, a tributary of the Min River, and the sparkling Mingyuan Lake run across the campus, as well as three artificial branch canals named after famous alumni: Deshui (Zhu De) , Moxi (Guo Moruo), Baqu (Bajin) together form an ecological environment with water as the core, and the environment is very beautiful and charming.
