Introduction to the Church of the Servants of Our Lady: The Church of the Servants of Our Lady (Basilica dei Servi) was built on the site of the original St. Clement Church. In 1234, the Servants of Mary purchased the church and incorporated it into a newly built monastery. The new church has a brick facade with a rose window and two doors. The church has a Latin cross plan, a nave and two aisles in Renaissance style, separated by elaborately carved columns. The transept and apse are in Gothic style, and there are many works of art in the hall.
