Introduction to ancient ginkgo: There are 17,000 ancient ginkgo trees in Luoyang Town that are more than 100 years old. It is the most densely distributed and best-preserved ancient ginkgo tree community in the country and even the world. The ancient ginkgo community is organically combined with the surrounding semi-hilly and semi-mountainous terrain, lakes, rivers, and rural farmhouses to complement each other. In 2003, the Suizhou Ginkgo Forest was selected into the National Nature Reserve List with an area of 171,400 square kilometers, making it the largest wild plant Ginkgo Nature Reserve in the country.
