Introduction to the original office status of Liu Ruilong: Liu Ruilong (1910-1988) was a native of Nantong, Jiangsu. He once served as Vice Chairman of the Border Region Government, Deputy Chief of Staff of the East China Field Army and Commander of the Logistics Command; after the founding of the People's Republic of China, he successively served as Secretary-General of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Government Affairs Council.
