Museum introduction: Suzhou Stele Museum is a thematic museum specializing in the collection, research, display and reproduction of ancient inscriptions. In the summer of 2013, it was rated as a national third-level museum. In October 1986, the Suzhou Stele Museum was officially established and opened to the public. In June 2001, "Suzhou Confucian Temple and Stone Carvings" were announced by the State Council as a national key cultural relic protection unit. In January 2004, the Suzhou Stele Museum was open to the public free of charge.
