Suzhou Hanshan Temple Travel Guide - Archway

Archway introduction: Hanshan Temple was built in the Tianjian period of the Liang Dynasty (502-519 AD) during the Six Dynasties period, more than 1,400 years ago. It was originally named Miaolipu Ming Pagoda Courtyard. During the Zhenguan period of the Tang Dynasty, two eminent monks from Tiantai Mountain, Hanshan and Shide, came here and renamed it "Hanshan Temple".
