Introduction to Ningbang Temple: Ningbang Temple is located on the mountainside at the northern foot of Qionglong Mountain. It was built in the Liang Dynasty and was called "Haiyun Temple". After Yue Fei, the anti-Jin gold hero of the Southern Song Dynasty, was murdered by Qin Hui, Han Shizhong, the famous anti-Jin gold general, saw through the corruption of the imperial court. He lived in seclusion in Canglang Pavilion in Suzhou, where six of his generals also shaved their heads and practiced Buddhism, becoming monks and living in seclusion. There are still two stone carvings from the Ming Dynasty in the temple: one is "Records of the Ningbang Temple Built in the Liang Dynasty", written by Wen Zhenmeng and sealed by Zhao Huanguang; the other is the book "Mountains and Rivers are Beautiful" written by Xu Fang.
