Introduction to Shangzhen Temple: Shangzhen Temple, located on Sanmao Peak, was first built during the Chuping period of the Eastern Han Dynasty and has a history of more than 1,800 years. At its peak, Shangzhen Temple had 36 temples, 5,048 houses, and 170 scenic spots. At that time, Emperor Qianlong visited the south of the Yangtze River six times, and each time he came to Shangzhen Temple from the imperial road to pray for blessings. Nowadays, people have rebuilt a number of buildings and scenic spots such as Toushan Gate, Maojun Hall, Dragon King Hall, Jade Emperor Hall, and Wanghu Pavilion.
