Introduction to the East Tower: The East Tower was built in the eighth year of Chongde (1643) in the Qing Dynasty. It is one of the eight scenic spots in Shenyang in history, and its name is: "East Tower Spring Plowing". According to Volume 97 of "Shengjing Tongzhi": Yongguang Temple originally had five couplets in the main hall, two stele pavilions, three couplets in the Tianwang Hall, two bell and drum towers, and three couplets in the mountain gate. There is a pagoda in the east of the temple and twenty-four monks' rooms in the Zen hall. Later, Emperor Qianlong also inscribed plaques for the four temples and hung them in the main halls of the four temples. Yongguang Temple is "kindly nurturing all spirits". Now the East Pagoda is still standing, but Yongguang Temple has not survived.
