Introduction to Daosheng Winery: Daosheng Winery was built in the fifth year of Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty (1740). It was rebuilt on the original site in 2010 and was planned and designed as the Canal Wine Culture Experience Hall. By recreating the winemaking workshop and winemaking process, the origin and development of wine, wine customs and beliefs are introduced, and the colorful canal wine culture is displayed.
