Introduction to the city wall: In addition to several ruins of the north and south city walls, the remaining Taihe City ruins now include the King Kong City ruins on the top of the mountain. The so-called King Kong City is a small city within Taihe City. It is an irregular circular city built in 747 AD when the Taihe City was added to the city. It is connected to the west end of the north wall of Taihe City and is located on the top of the Buddha Peak. It is also built with rammed earth. During the construction, it happened that the Tang Dynasty granted Nanzhao the Diamond Sutra, so the city was named "King Kong City". There is only one earthen platform left in the Jingang City ruins, and the Nanzhao Summer Palace may have been built on this earthen platform.
