Introduction to the original entrance of Pucheng: Under the foundation of Wenchang Pavilion, there is a doorway, which was the original entrance of Pucheng City built by the Dutch. When the Japanese repaired the Chikan Tower in 1942, they demolished the main hall in front of the building, and people were able to see the original entrance of the Prominent City. In front of the entrance, there is a double-sided stone tablet on the left and a stone horse with a broken foot on the right. This stone horse was originally a stone carving placed in front of Zheng Qiren's tomb in Zaiwei, Yanxingzhou during the late Qianlong period. It was moved here during the Japanese occupation. It is said that this stone horse often harassed people and trampled crops in the middle of the night, so its legs were broken and it became a stone horse with a broken foot. Now its broken legs have been repaired.
