Introduction to Huajiang Wild Goose Nature Park: Huajiang Wild Goose Nature Park is the earliest planned place for Taipei City Wild Goose Reserve. This is mainly because the main tributary of the Tamsui River, Dahan Creek and Xindian Creek, meet here and are affected by the sea tide. The slow flow of the river and the accumulation of sediment have resulted in the formation of many swamps, wetlands and natural grasslands, which are rich in organic matter and abundant aquatic plants and animals, making them important places for many birds to forage.
