Introduction to Nantianmen: Nantianmen, formerly known as Santianmen or Tianmenguan, is 1,460 meters above sea level and located at the end of Shibapan. The mountain is the most dangerous here, and it reaches the top. It is built in the low valley between Feilongyan and Xiangfengling. The two peaks stand between each other, as if the gate of heaven opened by itself. It was founded by Zhang Zhichun, a Taoist priest from Bushan, in the fifth year of Zhongtong in the Yuan Dynasty (1264). The door is a loft-style building with a stone arched doorway and the inscription "Nantian Gate" on the forehead. Decorated with red walls and covered with yellow glazed tiles, it is majestic. There is a couplet on the side of the door that says, "The door is open to the sky and you can step up to the sky for three days to see the wonders of the world; the steps are so high that you can look down at the wonders of thousands of mountains."
