Introduction to the statue of Huang Naichang: Huang Naichang is Huang Naichang's third brother. He was a scholar and was awarded the imperial examination. He once founded the first modern newspaper in Fujian, "Fujian", and advocated reforms to strengthen the country. After the failure of the Reform Movement of 1898, he went to Nanyang to set up a farm. In the winter of the 5th year of the Republic of China, Huang Naishang presided over the construction of Fudou Zhen, the fifteenth capital. It was completed in February of the 8th year of the Republic of China and was connected to water. The city is 13 kilometers long and has 1,520 acres of irrigated farmland. In October of the 9th year of the Republic of China, Huang Naishang was invited by Sun Yat-sen to go to Guangzhou to serve as a senior adviser to the Generalissimo's Office. On September 22, 2013, Huang Naishang died in the county seat at the age of 76.
