Seven years later, in the 41st year of Jiajing in the Ming Dynasty (AD 1562), Wang Zhuan took part in the joint examination and passed the Jinshi examination. Shenjiu was promoted to the position of imperial censor of the two capitals, and was promoted to the position of young prime minister, also known as the minister of the Ministry of official affairs. At that time, the villagers called Wang Zhuan "Wang Tianguan".
