Introduction to Guanyin Pavilion: Guanyin Pavilion is dedicated to Guanyin Bodhisattva. The three characters "Guanyin" were simplified to "Guanyin" in the Tang Dynasty to avoid the name taboo of Emperor Taizong Li Shimin. Avalokitesvara is known for its compassionate heart. The guardians beside the Bodhisattva are the Good Fortune Boy and the Dragon Girl.
