Introduction to 18th Street Twist: Guifaxiang 18th Street Twist is known as one of the "Three Wonders of Tianjin". The founders are brothers Fan Guicai and Fan Guilin. They once opened two stores, "Guifaxiang" and "Guifacheng". Later, the two mahua shops merged into one and became "Gui Fa Xiang". Because both stores were located on 18th Street, Dagu South Road, Tianjin, they were named "18th Street" because of the location. Today's "Gui Fa Xiang" signboard was inscribed by Zhao Banzhi, a famous calligrapher.
