Introduction to Tianxiandong Temple: Tianxiandong Temple was built in the Ming Dynasty, more than 500 years ago. Its stone carvings and stone pagodas are among the finest stone carvings in southern Sichuan. The mountain gate of the temple is 4.8 meters wide and 2.4 meters high. There are "Is the Wonderland" carved in the Ming Dynasty, "Celestial Immortal Cave" carved in the 6th year of Daoguang Dynasty and "You Love the Spirit" inscribed by Chiang Kai-shek in the 34th year of the Republic of China. Particularly rare is the five-character couplet on the mountain gate with a pattern that symbolizes offerings to Buddha, namely "incense, flowers, lamps, water, fruit. tea, food, treasures, beads, and clothes." It is a rare fine product in China.
