Introduction to the price monument: The price monument on the half-rock wall is the first stone monument in China that accurately reflects the price changes in ancient times. This stele records the ups and downs of commodity prices in the 234 years from the 10th year of Shunzhi (1653) to the 13th year of Guangxu (1887) in the Qing Dynasty during the changes in heaven and the vicissitudes of the world. In fact, the original intention of the inscription is not to record the changes in prices, but to record the meaning of "extreme poverty breeds evil" and "taiwan leads to life" caused by the "prosperity" and "decline" of the world.
