Introduction to Gotheborg: Gotheborg (East Indiaman Gotheborg) is a famous Swedish ocean-going merchant ship in the Age of Discovery and a world-famous ship. It made three voyages to Guangzhou, China, and was loaded with Chinese tea, porcelain, silk and rattan ware, bringing huge economic income to the local area. In June 1995, some professional scholars began to study the reconstruction of the Gothenburg, and finally the replica of the legendary merchant ship docked again at the port of Gothenburg.
