Introduction to St. Stephen's Tower: St. Stephen's Tower is a small tower located at the front of the palace, between Westminster Hall and the Old Palace Yard. Its base includes the main access to the Commons - as it is well known. "St. Stephen's Passage". Other towers include Speaker’s Tower at the north end and Chancellor’s Tower at the south end. They were named after the Speaker of the House of Commons and the Justice of the House of Lords when they were rebuilt.
