Introduction to Bamberger Cathedral: Bamberger Cathedral (Bamberger Dom) was built in 1004. It has medieval Romanesque and Gothic styles. The interior of the church is relatively simple, and Bamberger is sleeping here. The most important of these famous figures is Pope Clement II, the only pope buried north of the Alps.
