Introduction to Studley Royal Park: Built by father and son John Asreby and William Asrebey, the property owners of Studley, the building is the most important water garden landscape design in England in the 18th century. The entire waterfront landscape garden has a strong geometric design. The most special thing is its penetrating view of the monastery ruins from the two rows of trees and the river valley. This is derived from the design concept of French gardens.
