Introduction to Tsing Ma Bridge: The Tsing Ma Bridge spans Tsing Yi Island and Ma Wan, with a total length of 2,160 meters and a main bridge span of 1,377 meters. It has two hanging towers, each 206 meters high, above the sea. At 62 meters, it is the longest suspension bridge for both driving and railway purposes in the world. Construction of the Tsing Ma Bridge began in 1992 and was completed in just five years, the shortest time among similar constructions.
