Introduction to the Senate Conference Hall: The Senate Conference Hall is located in the north wing of the building and has 100 seats. A huge American flag hangs in the conference venue. In front of the flag is the speaker's seat, and in front of it are the recorder's seat and the speaker's seat, where the President of the United States reads the State of the Union address.
