Ross Fountain Introduction: The Ross Fountain was a gift given to the garden by Ian Ross, the grandson of the Butcharts, when he graduated from college, to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Butchart Gardens. The fountain performs a theme every four minutes, and the surrounding quarry rock walls are deliberately left bare and original, reminding all visitors of the great efforts Mrs. Butchart put into this incredible garden.
