Introduction to Dongkuoer Du Palace: It is the third palace located above the two palaces of Suguqin Du Palace and Querenlin Du Palace. It is a place for teaching astronomy and geography. On the lintel hangs the "Guangjue Temple" plaque written in four languages: Han, Manchu, Mongolian and Tibetan. There is a lecture platform in front of the palace, where lamas study scriptures and take oral examinations.
