Introduction to Subolgai Mausoleum: Built on the site of the former residence of the first living Buddha before his death, it is the spiritual pagoda hall of living Buddhas of all generations. There are seven gilt-copper pagodas in the mausoleum, shaped like bowls, with broad shoulders and round bellies, embedded with pearls and gems. The pagodas store the ashes of the seven living Buddhas after they passed away. It is a sacred place.
