Introduction to Wulei Temple: Wulei Temple was built in the Chiwu period of the Eastern Wu Dynasty in the Three Kingdoms. It is the earliest birthplace of Zhejiang Province. It has a history of 1,800 years and is known as the first famous temple in eastern Zhejiang. . It is said that 1800 years ago, Venerable Narayana, an Indian monk who came to China to spread Buddhism, traveled thousands of miles to Wulei Mountain in Cixi. With the support of Wu Guotai, the mother of Sun Quan of the Eastern Wu Dynasty, he founded the temple on Wulei Mountain. It is the earliest temple in Zhejiang. For more than a thousand years, Wulei Temple has been renamed and destroyed several times. During the Wende period of the Tang Dynasty, it was named "Lingshan Zen Temple".
