Introduction to Wuyiling: Wuyiling National Nature Reserve was established in 1999, with a core area of 14,663 hectares, a buffer zone of 15,608 hectares, and an experimental area of 13,553 hectares. It is the source of two important tributaries of the Heilongjiang and Songhua Rivers. district. The area is home to the most complete, typical and representative forest wetlands in northern China, where 9 species of nationally protected plants grow, and 51 species of nationally protected animals such as Chinese Mergansers live and breed.
