Introduction to the nunnery: Tongtian Village can be called the holy place of Buddhism in the county. It has Buddhist altars and temples of different sizes and styles, nestled among the mountains and rivers. Zen bells are endless all year round, and the Buddha's name is far-reaching. In particular, the Yuyu Zen Temple was built in the 10th year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1582) by Seng Decun. The temple has been presided over by eminent monks in the past dynasties. It is very popular and efficacious, and is famous far and wide. It is one of the fourteen key open temples in the province.
