Introduction to the North Gate: The North Gate was built when the city wall was built in the Ming Dynasty. It is officially called Anyuan Gate. During the Revolution of 1911, the rebel army attacked Mancheng. The fighting was fierce in this area, and the north gate tower was burned down during the fighting. When the city wall was renovated in 1983, the original arrow tower was restored.
