Introduction to Qinglong Temple: Qinglong Temple, also known as Stone Buddha Temple, was built in 582 and is a Chinese Buddhist Tantra temple. Qinglong Temple was the place where Huiguo, the tantric master of the Tang Dynasty, stayed for a long time. Master Kukai, a famous Japanese monk who studied abroad, worshiped Huiguo here and later became the founder of the Japanese Shingon sect. Therefore, Qingryuji Temple is a holy temple in the eyes of Japanese people and the ancestral home of the Shingon sect of Japanese Buddhism.
