Introduction to the Southern Great Wall: It was built during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty. It is 190 kilometers long. It is about 3 meters high, 2 meters wide at the bottom, and 1 meter wide at the top. It crosses mountains and rivers, and most of them are built on steep ridges. Some ruins and beacon towers from that time can be vaguely seen. The Southern Great Wall you see now was rebuilt from the same site. Climbing up the Great Wall, you can have a panoramic view of the pastoral scenery.
