Introduction to the tombs of Yandu nobles: Since 1973, more than 300 tombs have been cleared and excavated at the site. The tombs of various levels in the two cemeteries are scattered at random, rather than buried according to level. Even the large Yanhou level tombs are surrounded by small tombs of civilians. The museum displays two groups of noble tombs and their accompanying chariot and horse pits preserved at the original site.
