Introduction to Siwang Pavilion: According to the Ming Dynasty history book "Wanli Jiangdu County Chronicle", Siwang Pavilion was built by Cui Yu, who presided over the military administration of Yangzhou during the Southern Song Dynasty. County records from the Qing Dynasty state that the pavilion was built during the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty and was rebuilt several times. The pavilion was originally called Kuixing Pavilion, which was under the management of the county school and worshiped the Charming Star God.
