Introduction to Chaoyang Temple: Formerly known as Taishen Temple, it is located in Liangyang, Dongdian Village, Qianjiadian Town, Yanqing County, Beijing, in the center of Baili Landscape Gallery. Chaoyang Temple faces south and is the largest temple in Yanqing. Chaoyang Temple was built in the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty and rebuilt in the third year of Xuantong (1911). It was restored again in 2009 and is now a county-level cultural relics protection unit in Yanqing County. During the four hundred years since the ancient temple was built, temple fairs have been held here every year on the 18th day of the fourth lunar month and the ninth day of the ninth lunar month, when Buddhist incense fills the air and pilgrims fill the door.
