Introduction to Fraxinus microphylla Nature Reserve: Fraxinus microphylla Nature Reserve is located on Jiangxinzhou in the lower reaches of the Kashgar River in Dunmazha Town, southeast of Yining County, covering an area of 4 square kilometers. Fraxinus microphylla is one of the few ancient broad-leaved tree species that survived the postglacial period on earth, so it is known as the "fossil broad-leaved tree". The reserve was established in 1983 and is the only natural forest area of Fraxinus microphylla in the country. The protected area looks like a lush tropical rain forest from a distance. The forest canopy is staggered in different layers. When you enter the forest, you can see seedlings, small trees, medium trees, and big trees. Six or seven generations live under the same roof. They are growing vigorously. The area is surrounded by mountains and rivers, with lush vegetation and colorful colors, making it look like a natural forest park.
