Introduction to the Lianjiang Revolutionary Martyrs Monument: The Revolutionary Martyrs Monument is 28 meters high. The base of the monument is surrounded by large red stone reliefs of the Long March, which vividly and truly reproduces the 9 martyrs of Lianjiang origin in Huanghuagang who attacked the Qingdu Mansion and the Yangtze River. There are four major historical scenes including the Toubao Uprising launched by Martyrs Chang, the resistance of Lianjiang soldiers and civilians against the Japanese army, and the "8.16" battle to liberate Lianjiang County.
