Introduction to Qiuyue Bridge: comes from the anecdote of "Autumn Moon in Dongting" in the famous painting "Eight Scenes of Xiaoxiang" by Song Dynasty painter Mi Fu. Now located on the left side of the approach road to Xiangfei Temple, there is a half-garden stone arch bridge with a lotus pond under the bridge. The half-shaped arch of the arch bridge is reflected in the lotus pond like a beating autumn moon. The original Qiuyue Pavilion, Qiuyue Well, and Qiuyue Bridge were built on Qiuyue Ridge, a hill on the east side of Junshan. It was built in the late Song Dynasty. It is a single-story six-square pavilion with eaves. There are two viewing platforms in the pavilion. You can enjoy the view from the pavilion. The Dongting Lake and the moon were all destroyed and no longer existed.
