Introduction to Ancestral Hall Lane: Ancestral Hall Lane starts from Hefang Street in the south and ends at Taipingfang Lane in the north. The national hero Yu Qian was born here (now No. 42, Ancestral Hall Lane). Yu Qian is the Minister of the Ministry of War. He is diligent in government, loves the people, and serves the country with loyalty. In the eighth year of Jingtai (1457), he was framed and killed. The people transported his coffin back to Hangzhou and buried him in Santai Mountain by the West Lake. His former residence was rebuilt into Lian Zhong Temple, so this place is also called Ancestral Hall Lane. It is now a key cultural relic protection unit in Hangzhou.
