Introduction to the new building: The building plan of the new building is designed by Hong Kong Hui Liyan Architects. The cube shape of the main building is inspired by the "Yin Yi Yin" traditional residential building in Yunnan. The exterior wall adopts simple and powerful modern style. The architectural language creates a well-proportioned folded surface and a long slit shape that runs through multiple layers, which is a metaphor for the Yunnan Stone Forest; the texture effect of the aluminum perforated panels on the outer wall emphasizes its sculptural shape, showing colorful dynamics under the bright sunshine of Kunming. The charm fully demonstrates the unique status and colorful national culture of Yunnan as the "Kingdom of Non-ferrous Metals".
