Introduction to Yongqing Temple: Yongqing Temple is located in the south of Fenghuang Mountain. It was built in the Datong period of Emperor Wu of Liang Dynasty. It was a Buddhist resort in the Southern Dynasties and one of the seventy-two major temples in the south of the Yangtze River. Yongqing Temple was once famous at home and abroad for the "Three Unique" thousand-year-old cypress trees, the physical Bodhisattva and the natural stone well. It was also famous at home and abroad for the eminent monk Jianzhen of the Tang Dynasty who made his last connection here.
